Return Policy
At Vette Gear Plus, returns and exchanges are simple. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for any reason follow the guidelines below within thirty days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to process the request.

All returns must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. All products must be packaged in a protective box as they were shipped to you. You may return the package by a courier of your choice including the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. It is recommended that you insure the package and require a signature confirmation for delivery back to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged, due to shipping. Ship your return or exchange package to the address listed below:

What to include in the box that you ship back
Be sure to include a daytime phone number, email address and a copy of your invoice with instructions detailing your request (need to exchange different product, refund, etc). If the product is used or if the merchandise is not shipped with the original packaging we will charge a 30% restocking fee.

Return Specific Information:
Simply follow the shipping directions above and we will process your credit, minus applicable shipping costs, within three business days of receiving your returned package. Please note, even through we issue the credit to your credit card within three business days it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card. This delay is caused by the credit card companies or issuing banks billing cycles and not a delay on our part. You will receive an email confirmation of credit as it is issued provided we have an accurate email address.

Exchange Specific Information:
Follow the shipping and packaging instructions above. Once you have shipped the product back to us and we have received it, we will return ship the new product back to you, via UPS Ground, at no charge.

Color Display
Vette Gear Plus, Inc. makes every possible effort to display the products featured on Vette Gear Plus.com as accurately as possible. However, the style, age, settings and capabilities of your particular computer monitor may distort the color tones you actually see on your screen. Vette Gear Plus is not responsible for the limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture will be 100% accurate.

Site Changes or Updates
Vette Gear Plus, Inc. strives to always maintain a fresh site, with listings of our newest products. We cannot guarantee that a specific product or accessory you saw on a previous visit will still be available, in the same style, price, or quantity you saw before. Vette Gear Plus maintains the right to update and change content (including terms, policies and conditions) without prior notice. If you are unable to locate a specific item that you had previously located, feel free to email us at info@vettegearplus.com for help.

What Type of Information Do We Collect?
We collect various types of information depending upon how you use Vette Gear Plus. When you register with Vette Gear Plus we ask you to submit a unique password, which we store for you to utilize upon future visits. When you register with us we also may ask for additional information. Of course, you have the option not to provide it. We gather this information in order to offer services and promotions that may be of interest to you.

When you order gifts or novelties through the Vette Gear Plus website, we collect your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number (with expiration date), and we will retain a record of your purchases. At Checkout, we collect the above information, as well as a credit card number, billing and shipping address. When you submit a question to our info@vettegearplus.com email address, we need your email address to respond to your question.

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Our policy is to acquire only lists of people who have indicated that they are willing to receive email offers. Also, each time we send an email offer, we provide people with the opportunity to opt out of receiving future email offers.

Do We Share Your Information?
The information gathered by Vette Gear Plus is absolutely, positively not shared with any third parties. This includes affiliates, partners, clients and vendors of Vette Gear Plus. We are highly protective of our customers' information, and we maintain a policy of keeping information you submit to Vette Gear Plus from leaving our company. Vette Gear Plus, Inc. and ProStores, Inc. is committed to doing its best to maintain the security of information collected on our site.
