If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, follow the guidelines below within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to process the request.

Return Policy
All returns must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. All products must be packaged in a protective box as they were shipped to you. You may return the package by a courier of your choice including the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. It is recommended that you insure the package and require a signature confirmation for delivery back to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged, due to shipping. Ship your return or exchange package to the address listed below:

What to include in the box that you ship back
Be sure to include a daytime phone number, email address and a copy of your invoice with instructions detailing your request (need to exchange different product, refund, etc). If the product is used or if the merchandise is not shipped with the original packaging we will charge a 30% restocking fee.
 

Return Specific Information:
Simply follow the shipping directions above and we will process your credit, minus applicable shipping costs, within three business days of receiving your returned package. Please note, even through we issue the credit to your credit card within three business days it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card. This delay is caused by the credit card companies or issuing banks billing cycles and not a delay on our part. You will receive an email confirmation of credit as it is issued provided we have an accurate email address.

Exchange Specific Information:
Follow the shipping and packaging instructions above. Once you have shipped the product back to us and we have received it, we will return ship the new product back to you, via UPS Ground, at no charge.
